Wow, I haven't made a layout in this style in a Long Long time. I had a bit of a hard time trying to achieve this style when I started this layout because it is so different from my current style. I played with color a lot in this layout (just adjusting it and a lot of stuff like that). I think Chii in this layout is really cute looking, I love her dress! I've been wanting to make a layout out of this image of her for a long time, but knowing me, I got lazy and never got to it. :P
I really can't stand how this layout looks like in Internet Explorer! Why does IE always mess everything up for me!! The only problem I have with his layout in IE is the fonts for the header, links, bold, italic, and underlined words. I also have a problem with the white sidebar sticking out in the side, but good thing this layout looks good in Firefox (I love you Firefox!).
How to Edit
Download the zipped folder and use Winzip to extract the folder.
Upload everything to your site or upload all the images to an image hosting site and replace the image's URL with the right one in the index.html.
Open the main.html with a text editor like Notepad.
Change the content and links to your very own, but leave the credits.
